Our system has no session duration limits and can stream for extended periods without disconnection. This YouTube video demonstrates 10 hours of continuous streaming.
If a disconnection occurs, it may be due to a crash or network issue. Please contact Support for assistance in resolving the problem.
For uninterrupted streams exceeding 10 hours, consider switching to an Enterprise plan and ensure a strong, stable internet connection.
Prerequisites
Access to the Old Control Panel.
A user Account.

Login to the Control Panel.
Select your Config from ‘Step 2: Config Selection'.
Click 'Edit’.

Session Options
1. Session Duration (Minutes)
Set a session Duration for your App

2. AFK close Timeout (minutes)
Input a time of disconnection from the session after the AFK warn timeout reaches its limitRefer to this document.
3. Is AFK enabled
Enable this feature to set up a display Warning message and Timeout Message on your session.

Set a warning time of disconnection for when you are away from the game (No action performed on the mouse and/or keyboard). The AFK warn Timeout(Minutes) displays a warning message ‘Are you still streaming?’ Click Continue Streaming to restore the session (before the Countdown ends). |
