What is Voip Panel:

Voip allows you to organize a conference inside the application. With this functionality, you can act as both a speaker and a conference listener.

Preparing to execute instructions

Before starting the first step, make sure you have:

  • To complete this guide, your working environment must meet all the requirements above. If you have not completed any of the points, follow the link to the appropriate instruction and complete it first.

Enable Voip Panel

1.1 Go to the Control Panel (image 1).

If you don't have access to the Control Panel, please contact our support team for a custom URL. Get Access.

1.2 Select an application from the App List (image 2).

1.3 Select a config from the Config List (image 3) or Create a New Config.

You don't have to create a new config for every new application. If you already have a Config that suits your new application just select it.

1.4 Click the Edit button to open the Config for editing (image 4).

1.5 Go to Sound tab (image 5).

1.6 Check the checkbox Use Voip (image 6).

Uncheck the box to disable Voip Panel.

Type a room name in the text box. The room name must not contain numbers.

You must select a room name to keep your channel safe from intruders. Otherwise , your users will get connected with our open channel which is open for anybody from any game to join and talk .

1.7 Click the Save button (image 7) to save the Config.

1.8 Click on the Play App button (image 8) to check the display of the Voip Panel.

To be able to use VOIP via iframe you have to add users microphone access permission to iframe

Manage the Call

2.1 Click on the Call Settings icon (image 9) to expand the Voip Panel (image 10) if it has been collapsed.

2.2 Click on the Microphone icon to enable (image 11) or disable audio broadcasting (image 12).

2.3 Click on the Speaker icon to enable (image 13) or disable sound (image 14).

2.4 Click the Participants List icon (image 15) to expand the list of all conference participants (image 16).

2.5 Click on the Phone icon to end (image 17) or start a call (image 18).
