Introduction

This tutorial explains the use of the feature ‘shouldSecureURL’ in STEP 3: Generate URL’s in the Control Panel of Eagle 3D.

With the release of our new Control Panel, the name of this feature will change to ‘AnonymizeURL’.

We will update this document as soon as it changes.

If you don’t have access to the Control Panel, please contact our support team for a custom URL. Get access here.

All of our URLs are always https.

What changes, however, is the characters in the URL.

If you enable this feature and then generate a URL you would replace the URL structure with anonymous character strings.

This was done to provide an option to users who do not wish to disclose their private information in the URL for security reasons.
