This document explains how you can download Unreal Engine Logs after a crash.
Prepare to execute instructions
Before starting the first step, make sure you have:
Access to the Control Panel.
Enabled the Pixel Streaming plugin Enable the Pixel Streaming plugin
Packaged your application Package your Project from Unreal Engine
At least one uploaded application in the Control Panel. Upload your Unreal Engine Application

- To complete this guide, your working environment must meet all the requirements above. If you have not completed any of the points, follow the link to the appropriate instruction and complete it first.
Instructions
Step 1. Enable Download UE4 Log on client side upon Crash
Go to Control Panel → Step2: Config Selection → Edit → Developer Option
Step 2. Receive the Log whenever your app crashes
Whenever your App crashes, the Log will get downloaded on your device.
If you did not receive the Crash Log, then UE did not recognize the Crash. Your App might have freezed or hanged.
Our system can't identify these situations. But, you can still get the UE Log from Browser Console Get UE Logs in the Browser Console during runtime
