Information on accessing the New Get access to the new Control Panel while on using a different Payment method.
Using the New Control Panel requires activating an Account by adding the Credit Card details in the Control Panel.
Customers on a different Payment method can now get access to the New Control Panel.
Summary
In the scenario when it is not possible to create a subscription using a credit card users will have to contact support. After confirming the payment method and requirements E3DS agent will add the subscription for the userpayment method other than a credit card.
Overview
To use the new Control Panel, you need to activate your account by entering credit card details. Customers using a different payment method can now access the new Control Panel and get a Subscription without using a credit card. For more details, follow the steps below.
Instructions
Step 1. Reach out to Support
Contact Support through Email (support@eagle3dstreaming.com) or through the our Support Portal to ask for a special access.
Step 2. Sign Up to your Control Panel
Sign up with your information once you get the receive access confirmation.
Create To create a New Account on the New Control Panel, refer to this document.
Get to know the New Interface, refer to this document.
At this point, you are able to use the New Control Panel to upload your Builds, Edit your Configs and play your Apps.
Beware when you are using the “Manage Account” Feature !! 🛑

You cannot edit the number of or add your Credit Card or add it number since you use are using a different Payment method.

There would be no Transactions also since the Payment was not issued from the Control panel.
