This document outlines the use and functionality of All the Features in the Session Tab which is the second tab in the edit config list of features.

Before starting the first step, make sure you have:

Instructions

In the Control Panel, go to Step2: Config Selection. Press on ‘'Edit’' and you will get the list of Tabs. As it is shown below in (Image 1), the ‘'Session Tab’' is the second in the list.

Our system has no session duration limits and can stream for extended periods without disconnection. This YouTube video demonstrates 10 hours of continuous streaming.

If a disconnection occurs, it may be due to a crash or network issue. Please contact Support for assistance in resolving the problem.

For uninterrupted streams exceeding 10 hours, consider switching to an Enterprise plan and ensure a strong, stable internet connection.

Prerequisites

  1. Access to the Old Control Panel.

  2. A user Account.

Instructions

  1. Login to the Control Panel.

  2. Select your Config from ‘Step 2: Config Selection'.

  3. Click 'Edit’.

All the ‘Session’ Tab Features are explained below:

Session Options

1. Session Duration (Minutes)

Set the session duration for each running application. This means that after specifying the number of minutes, the application will be stopped and the user will have to restart the application again if he needs to.

You can increase the Pixel Streaming Session from Blueprints or from CMD following this tutorial under 6. Increase the Pixel Streaming Session Feature Template for Eagle 3D Pixel Streaming Refer to this document.

2. AFK close Timeout (minutes)

This feature allows the user to input a time of the termination of session after the AFK warn timeout reached its limit.

When the AFK close timeout reaches the limit, it terminates and the user is kicked out of the session.

3. Is AFK enabled

AFK can be enabled or Disabled from the Control Panel.

If AFK is enabled then it is used to set up a display Warning message and Timeout Message on the user session which has been idle for the time set in the Control Panel AFK warn Timeout(minutes) and AFK Close Timeout(minutes).

Warning

If IsAFKenabled is not selected in AFK, then the Warn timeout and Close timeout doesn't apply.

5. AFK warn Timeout (Minutes)

This feature allows the user to enter a time of warning that the session will be closed before terminating it.

If the session is idle for the time set in the Control Panel, the AFK warnTimeout(Minutes) then displays a warning message ‘Are you still streaming?’ continue streaming (AFK timeout) button displays
