Learn to remove an E3DS member from your Account in the New Control Panel.

Overview

Remove Guest users from your Team’s List of members accessing your Control Panel (as a Host/Team).

The removed user won’t be able to access and share your Control Panel with the rest of the Team.

Prerequisites

Make sure to :

  1. Have access to the New Control Panel.

  2. Have an Eagle 3D’s User Account.

Instructions

Step 1. Sign In to your Control Panel

Login with your information.

Step 2. Remove Guest users from your Control Panel

  1. Expand the Menu located at the top right of the Control Panel screen.

  1. Click on ‘Team Settings’

  1. Select the Guest user you want to remove from the List

Expand the Team Members Menu and select the user to remove.

  1. Click 'Remove Selected Member'

  1. Click ‘OK’ to proceed

Now the selected Member is deleted from your Team’s List. (See image below)

Guest user perspective

The Control Panel access will also be deleted from the removed Guest user’s Control Panel and your username {The Host/Team’s username} won’t show in his Team List on his Control Panel.
