Prepare to execute instructions

Make sure you :

Have an Unreal Engine Project.
Enabled the Pixel Streaming plugin Enable the Pixel Streaming plugin
Packaged your Application from Unreal Engine Package your Project from Unreal Engine
Have access to the New Control Panel.
Have an Eagle 3D’s User Account Create an Account on the New Control Panel
Understand all the features of your New Control Panel Get to know the New Interface

Instructions

Step 1. Sign In to your Control Panel

1. Login with your information https://newcontrolpanel.eagle3dstreaming.com/

Step 2. Get to your Account management page

Step 3. Get to Subscriptions

1. Your Purchased Plan is displayed under ‘'Your Subscription’'

Find in this page information about your purchased Plan (Pay Per CCU or Pay Per minute) and the number of users (in the PPCCU case).

Step 4. Edit the Number of CCUs (if needed)

1. Click Edit CCU

2. Select the number of CCUs from the Drop down. Click Next

3. Click Confirm

4. The number of CCUs are added to your Subscription

5. Find all your billing and Payment information here

Step 5. Cancel your Plan (if needed)

If you are on a PPCCU or a PPM you can Cancel your plan anytime.

1. Click Cancel Plan

Your CCUs will still be active until you reach the end of a month of your subscription.

Reactivate your Subscription anytime.

2. Upon canceling your Plan, your Subscriptions page will look like this

Your Subscription is scheduled for Termination once the month is over. Until then, you can stream with your Subscription.

It will count how many days you have left until it terminates.

3. Click ‘'Reactivate’' to reverse the cancellation.

Step 6. Purchase more Storage

You have 10 GB of a free Storage. If you need more, follow these steps to purchase more.

1. Click Edit Storage

2. Select the amount of Storage from the Dropdown menu. Click Next

3. Click Subscribe

You will get charged the next month on your next Bill.

4. You will get redirected to Pay with your Card. Click Subscribe

The first Storage Payment is paid immediately from your Card.

Starting from the next month, 10$ will be added to your monthly Bill.

5. The Storage updated information are added to your Subscriptions page

Your next Bill and the Total amount of Storage will appear on ‘'Subscriptions’'.

Now you are ready to Manage your Subscriptions!
