This document is a tutorial on how to add an external URL to the Selected Video Asset List.

Prepare to execute instructions

For this document, you should :

  1. Access the Control Panel.

  2. Enable the Pixel Streaming plugin Enable the Pixel Streaming plugin

  3. Package your App Package your Project from Unreal Engine

  4. Upload your App Upload an App on your Control Panel

  5. Select an App from Step 1 in the Control Panel Select an App from your Control Panel

  6. Select/Create a Config Select/Create a Config from your Control Panel

  • To complete this guide, your working environment must meet all the requirements above. If you have not completed any of the points, follow the link to the appropriate instruction and complete it first.

Instructions

Go to : Control Panel → Step 2: Select a Config → Edit → Loading Screen.

Step 1. Choose your Video Asset from the List

1. Upload a Video Asset if the List is empty

Upload Video Assets (MP4 Only)

2. Refresh the List

Refresh Video Assets List

3. Choose the Video from the drop down menu

Choose Video Assets (MP4 Only)

Step 2. The Same link of the chosen Video is copied to ‘'External URL to Add’'

Once you choose the Video from the List and click it. The Link is immediately updated under ‘'External URL to Add’'.

If you copy the Link to the clipboard and open it in another Tab, it downloads the video on your device.

Step 3. Click Add

1. The link of the Video gets immediately added to the Selected Video Assets. Click Save.

Now you are ready to add an external URL!
