Step 2. Receive the Log whenever your App crashes
Whenever your App crashes, the Log will get downloaded on your device.

If you did not receive the Crash Log, then UE did not recognize the Crash. Your App might have freezed or hanged. Our system can't identify these situations. But, you can still get the UE Log from Browser Console |
