Use and functionality of features in the Account Management Page on the New Control Panel.

Overview

If you are on Trial or on a paid Account, you have an Account Management page on your Control Panel. See how you can get to “My Account” and learn to use every Feature on it. (i.e. My Profile, Subscriptions, Transactions, Analytics, Upload a Logo).

Prerequisites

1. Access to the New Control Panel.

2. Eagle 3D’s User Account.

Instructions

Step 1. Sign In to the Control Panel

1. Login with your information.

2. On a Paid Account, the Interface looks like this

Step 2. Get to the Account Management page

1. If you have a Paid Account, click Manage Account

2. If you’re on Trial, click on the Logo

3. My Account Interface is displayed

Navigate between these 3 pages ‘'My Profile’', ‘'Subscriptions’', ‘'Transactions’'.

Step 3. Manage your Profile

Step 4. Manage your Subscriptions

Step 5. Manage your Transactions

See : Manage your Transactions.

Step 6. Open Analytics

See : Track your Streaming usage from Analytics.

Step 7. Upload a Logo

See : Upload a Profile Logo to personalize your Account.

Summary

You can manage your Profile, Subscriptions or Transactions from your Account management page. You can also check your usage from Analytics or upload a Profile Logo on the same page.
