Make sure you :

Packaged your Application from Unreal Engine Package your Project from Unreal Engine
Have access to the New Control Panel.
Have an Eagle 3D’s User Account Create an Account on the New Control Panel
Understand all the features of your New Control Panel Get to know the New Interface
Instructions
Step 1. Sign In to your Control Panel
1. Login with your information https://newcontrolpanel.eagle3dstreaming.com/
Step 2. Go to your Account management page
Step 3. Click Subscriptions
1. No Active Subscription (On Trial)
Upgrade to a Paid Account to Manage your Subscription.
2. Your Purchased Plan is displayed under ‘'Your Subscription’' (Paid Accounts)
Learn about your purchased Plan (Pay Per CCU or Pay Per minute) and the number of users (in the PPCCU case).

Step 4. Edit the Number of CCUs (if needed)
Edit the Number of CCUs in the PPCCU Plan
Step 5. Cancel your Plan (if needed)
Cancel your Subscription (If needed)
Step 6. Purchase more Storage
Now you are ready to Manage your Subscriptions!
