If you are on trial, You have no Transactions, activate your Paid Account today! Upgrade to a Paid Plan from your Control Panel
Prepare to execute instructions
Make sure you :
Have an Unreal Engine Project.
Enabled the Pixel Streaming plugin Enable the Pixel Streaming plugin
Packaged your Application from Unreal Engine Package your Project from Unreal Engine
Have access to the New Control Panel.
Have an Eagle 3D’s User Account Create an Account on the New Control Panel
Understand all the features of your New Control Panel Get to know the New Interface
Instructions
Step 1. Sign In to your Control Panel
1. Login with your information https://newcontrolpanel.eagle3dstreaming.com/
Step 2. Get to your Account management page
Step 3. Get to ‘'Transactions’'
Find your Invoices and all the details about your Transactions here.
All your Storage and Number of CCUs purchases (or the number of minutes Streamed in a PPM plan).
1. Click Invoice to view it
Every Transaction you have made has its own Invoice in a separate row.
Follow the row to learn the ‘'Date’', type of ‘'Transaction’', ‘'Amount (USD)’', ‘'Payment Status’' and ‘'Invoice’' to download on your device.
2. The Invoice will be downloaded to your device as a PDF document
3. Open the PDF. Click ‘'Pay Online’'
4. Click Download receipt to receive it as a PDF on your device
Get information about your Invoice and view the receipt.
Now you are ready to Manage your Transactions !
