Steps to subscribe to a Pay Per License plan from the New Control Panel using a Credit Card.

Overview

Purchase a license from the Plan Selection page in the new Control Panel. After downloading the ZIP file to your computer, follow the user guide for setup instructions, and start streaming from your own hardware.

Instructions

Step 1. Submitting a plan activation request

1. Sign in to the New Control Panel.

2. On the dashboard, click Renew Now.

3. You will be redirected to the Plan Selection page.

4. Under Pay Per License, click Select Plan.

5. Click Contact Us to submit a request via the Support Portal.

2. You’ll be redirected to the Support Portal.

3. Sign up or Log in and submit your activation request.

3. Support Team will process your request and grant you access for the Pay Per License plan activation from your New Control Panel.

Step 2. Activating the Pay Per License plan

You can now select the number of licenses and complete your payment online.

1. Navigate to the plan selection page in your Control Panel.

2. Under Pay Per License, click Select Plan.

3. Select the Number of Licenses needed and click Continue.

4. Input your payment information and click Subscribe.

5. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to the Control Panel homepage.

Step 3. Downloading the EL Launcher

1. On the dashboard, click Manage Account.

2. Select the Subscriptions tab.

3. Click Download to download the ZIP file containing the EL Launcher.

4. Click Manual and Guidelines or click here to get the user Guide of the EL Launcher setup.
