Steps to change or remove the current username linked to your account from the New Control Panel.

Overview

Change or remove your current username and get a new account associated with the new Username. All your apps and configs will be lost after these 2 actions.

It is important to note the following when using this feature:

• Loss of Data: Changing the username will result in the loss of access to all associated apps and configurations from the previous account.

• Account Reset: Once the username is changed, the user will begin using a new, empty account associated with the new username.

• Email Address: The associated email address cannot be changed. Only the username is updated.

Prerequisites

1. Access to the New Control Panel.

2. Eagle 3D’s User Account.

Navigation

1. Use your log in credentials to sign in to the New Control Panel.

2. Navigate to the Manage Account button.

3. You will be redirected to the My Account page.

4. Select the My Profile tab.

Changing Username

1. Click Change Username.

2. Enter the new username in the appropriate field.

3. Click Change Username.

4. Click Change.

Removing Username

Allows users to disassociate their account. Be aware of the following:

• Permanent Loss: Loss of all associated apps and configs.

• Account Inaccessibility: Without a username, the account will become inaccessible.

1. Click Remove Username.

2. Click Remove.

3. Your username is removed and you’re redirected to the username creation page.

4. Enter the New username in the appropriate field and click Save.

Now you’re ready to change or remove your Username!
