Why Remote Control Unreal Editor Config?
The Remote Control Unreal Editor Config enables you to access and interact with the Unreal Editor remotely through your browser on our platform. This configuration allows for seamless remote development, testing, and debugging without requiring direct access to the local machine running Unreal Engine.
Follow the steps to set up remote control Unreal Editor:
Step 1. Login to Control Panel
Step 2. Click on a Streaming App
Step 3. Select or create a Config Name
Step 4. Edit Config
Step 5. Enable Advanced Options
Step 6. Select Developer Panel
Step 7. Enable Remote Control Unreal Editor
Step 8. Click on SAVE button
Step 9. Click on SAVE button
Step 10. Click on Play App
Step 11. Copy the Signaling Server URL
Step 12. Open your project in Unreal Editor in any remote computer and enable Use Remote Signaling Server option
You need to enable Pixel Streaming plugin to use this feature
Step 13. Paste the copied Signaling Server URL that was copied in step 11
Step 14. Click on Stream Full Editor
Step 15. Check the browser tab from which you copied the text in step 11
Step 16. Click on the Play button
Step 17. Now you have the control on remote Unreal Editor
